According to the statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi, the Command clarified that there is no record of any missing or abducted female officer in any police division across the state.
“Members of the public are hereby advised to disregard this false and misleading information as there is no report of any female police officer missing or abducted in any division in the state,” the statement read.
The Command further pointed out that there is no police division known as ‘Ogidi Division’ in Kwara State, as claimed in the viral reports.
