Renowned Lagos-based musician, Mukaila Senwele, has passed away, leaving fans and colleagues in shock.
According to a family source who spoke to Royal News, Senwele, who hailed from Ilorin, Kwara State, showed no signs of illness before his sudden death on Friday night.
He reportedly spent the day with fans and even promised to visit his family house later that evening, but an emergency call later informed his family of his critical condition.
Despite efforts to rush him to the hospital, Senwele did not survive.
Known for his unique entertainment style and his iconic phrase, “Koni Da Fun Ebo To Se Costay,” Senwele gained popularity for his energetic performances and connection with his audience.
His sudden demise has led to an outpouring of tributes from fans and fellow artists, who have praised his contributions to the music industry and his lasting legacy.
Family sources disclosed that his burial is scheduled to take place on Saturday morning at his family house, Ile Esinrogunjo, in Ilorin.
