Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has congratulated Hon. Abdullateef Gidado Alakawa on his appointment as the Chairman of the Lower Niger River Basin Development Authority Ilorin (Kwara and Kogi).

Governor Abdulrazaq said the appointment rewards the hard work and loyalty of Hon. Alakawa, who was a Special Adviser (Political) and Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development in the administration.
The Governor also felicitated with the other LNRBDA appointees, including Engr. Babajamu Adeniran (Executive Director, Engineering); Engr. Alanamu Ayinla Abolere (Executive Director, Planning and Design).
Governor Abdulrazaq, who expressed confidence in all the appointees, urged them to justify the trust that earned them the positions by serving the country diligently.
He thanked President Bola Tinubu for the opportunity given to the Kwarans and prayed God to give them success in their new assignments
