The President and Founder of Asa Day Worldwide Inc. Canada, and Royal Prince from Olufayo ruling house of Oro Kingdom, Prince Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye, has expressed grief over the death of the Oloro of Oro kingdom, Oba Rafiu Olaniyi Ajiboye Oyelaran, describing it as a colossal loss to Oro Kingdom.
In a statement issued to Journalists in Ilorin, Prince Joel Oyatoye popularly known as Baba Asa , said the death of Oba Rafiu Olaniyi Ajiboye Oyelaran came at a time when his services were much needed in the ancient kingdom.
He commiserated with the immediate and extended family of the monarch, the Oloro-in-Council, the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman Abdulrazak, and Traditional rulers in the State under the chairmanship of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Ilorin, Alh Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, and the entire people of Oro Kingdom over the death of the great traditional ruler.
The President of Asa Day Worldwide prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased of his misdeeds and grant him al-janat fridaus.
Prince Joel Olayoye said “On behalf of Asa Day Worldwide Inc. Canada, and Olufayo Family , we write to sympathize with the family of our able father and uncle. Who died on March 23, 2024.
We pray Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant him Jannatul-firdaus and forgive him of his sins. We also pray Almighty Allah to grant the entire family the fortitude to bear the great loss”
“While we extend our condolences message to our fathers, His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, Emir of Ilorin, the Olofa of Offa, Olomu of Omunaran, Olupo of Ajase Ipo, and other traditional rules in the state.
Prince Joel Olaniyi Oyatoye prayed Allah to be with the immediate and extended family of the deceased.
