The Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Kwara State Chapter, congratulates Hon. Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa, BOB on his new appointment as Board Chairman of the Nigerian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC).
This congratulatory message was passed at the extra-ordinary stakeholders meeting of the Association at the weekend wherein the house was officially briefed.
In a statement made available to FACTUAL NAIJA NEWS on Tuesday, the Chairman of ANA Kwara, Mr Babayemi Opeyemi said, "The appointment of BOB is a merit well deserved, knowing fully well the capacity and the sagacity of the former APC state Chairman".
BOB is also advised to use his new position to bring about anticipated benefit for the people of the state from the NBC.
Mr Babayemi described Alhaji Bolarinwa as a person who is well enlightened and qualified to oversee the affairs of the NBC.
The writer boss further congratulated him on his numerous feats and reiterated the need for him to be responsive to expectations and hopes of the populace.
