The Senior Special Assistant on New Media to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, Akeweje Olayinka Fafoluyi has congratulated the re-elected North Central Zonal Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Zubair Aliyu Rogun on his re-election at the APC North Central Zonal Congress held in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
In a statement, Akeweje appreciated the Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for providing the platform for youth leadership with the emergence of Hon. Zubair Aliyu Rogun, from Kwara State as the re-elected North Central, Zonal Youth Leader of the APC.
"We express our great appreciation to Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON for providing the platform for the Youth to participate in national governance, by facilitating this political window for the emergence of Zubair Aliyu Rogun as North Central Zonal Youth Leader" he stated.
Akeweje further hailed Zubair on his well deserved election urging him to continue to put the party first in his actions, adding that he has no doubt that he would continue to serve with excellence.
"This well-deserved recognition is a testament to your dedication and unwavering commitment to the growth and unity of our great party," the statement read.
Akeweje added that Zubair's leadership would play a pivotal role in deepening party cohesion and advancing its Youth policy and objectives in the region.
He concluded by wishing the new Zonal Youth Leader a successful and impactful tenure, reiterating his congratulations and support.
