Other notable attendees were the Principal of Al-Hikmah University International School, Hajia Brimmo Raliat; Vice Principal, Mrs. Bello Ashiau; and Chief Judge, Al-Hafiz Haroon Hassan Bolakale.
In the 4 Hizb category, Darul-Hijra claimed first place, followed by Al-Hikmah in second, and Al-Iklaas in third. ILM Trend Setters secured fourth position, while Islamic College finished fifth.
For the 10 Hizb category, Al-Hikmah emerged as the champion, with ILM Trend Setters securing second place. Darul-Hijra placed third, Al-Iklaas came fourth, and Islamic College took the fifth position.
Commending the participants, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Abdullateef Oladimeji, praised their dedication to Quranic memorization and encouraged all attendees to reflect on the deeper message of the Quran.
The competition was a celebration of Islamic scholarship, fostering a spirit of excellence in Quranic studies among young learners.
