Kwara State Governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has extended his heartfelt condolences to former Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral Ola Sa’ad Ibrahim, and his family following the passing of his wife, Hajia Aminat Dupe Ibrahim.
FACTUAL NAIJA NEWS gathered that Hajia Dupe passed away on Tuesday night after a brief illness.
A janazah prayer is scheduled to take place at the National Mosque in Abuja on Wednesday afternoon.
Expressing his sorrow in a statement signed today by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, the Governor described the loss as both “shocking and saddening,” noting that it serves as a reminder of life’s transience.
“We submit to the will of Allaah at all times. We ask Allaah, the Eternal, to grant Hajia Aminat Dupe Ibrahim al-jannah Firdaus and uphold her family upon goodness,” the Governor stated.
