An Ace Broadcaster, Khadijat Eyintawa Lawal has been appointed as a Media Assistant on Broadcast media to the Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial district at the Upper legislative chamber, Sen. Saliu Mustapha.
She will be coordinating the broadcast media activities for the senator.
Eyitanwa, a lawyer cum broadcaster, has years of experience in the broadcast industry and she is expected to use her vast knowledge in the media industry to serve as a link between the senator and the public through the use of conventional media towards ensuring that dividends of democracy gets across to the nooks and cranny of the Kwara central senatorial district.
"Her appointment is based on merit and personal attributes of humility and integrity," according to a statement by Nasif Sholagberu, Media Assistant to Senator Saliu Mustapha.
Khadijat Eyintanwa Lawal graduated from the University of Ilorin in 2012, where she held a Bachelor's degree in Common Law and proceeded to Nigerian Law School Abuja, where she bagged a BL certificate before being called to the Nigerian bar as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
The Offa born broadcaster is an On-Air personality at Sobi FM, Ilorin and former staff of Informant247, an online news platform in Kwara State.
Eyitanwa is expected to work closely with other members of the media team of the Senator towards keeping the public abreast of the activities of the legislator in the National Assembly.
