The University of Ilorin has announced the appointment of Mr. Abiodun Lawal as its new substantive Bursar.
The decision was made during the Governing Council's 186th meeting on Wednesday, October 24th, 2024, following the recommendations of the Selection Board in accordance with the University Miscellaneous Act.
Mr. Lawal, previously serving as Deputy Bursar, will assume the role for a five-year term starting on November 1st, 2024.
The appointment was confirmed by the Registrar and Secretary to the Council, Mansur Adeleke Alfanla in a tarse statement today.
