A member of the House Committee on Appropriation, Hon. Dr. Ahmed Adamu Saba representing Edu, Moro, Patigi Federal Constituency Of Kwara State, has debunked allegation of poor representation levelled against him by some group of people he described as political vampire who are faceless to discuss germane issue base on facts and evidences.
This is in reaction to "the faceless political vampire" who chided him (Hon. Saba) as "a poor representative" and clamouring for change in elective representative.
The lawmaker, while speaking in Abuja over the weekend, slammed those behind the group, who he said, were hell bent on heating up the polity in Edu, Moro, Patigi Federal Constituency, stressing that their inflammatory statements were capable of pitching the people against one another.
He emphatically noted that the allegations against his person were capable of eliciting negative reactions from his teeming supporters and his people.
Hon. Saba said: "I view the outburst of the political vampires as unfortunate and worrisome. This campaign of calumny is being taken too far and I know my supporters will get to the root of the matter at least to know those sponsoring the publications.
He questioned: "How can you sit down and put together falsehood against a serving member, and push them out for public consumption all in the name of politics?"
Hon. Saba, added that he is providing quality representation to the good people of Edu, Moro, Patigi Federal Constituency.
He said: "My achievements both at the floor of the House and physical development attracted to my Constituency are verifiable. I am in constant touch with my people. I am always in my Constituency, virtually every month. I love them and they love me. They have remained unequivocal in their support."
So, anyone sponsoring lies against me because he wants to contest 2027 is wasting his/her time because the good and hardworking people of Edu, Moro, Patigi Federal Constituency are too intelligent and discerning to be deceived for selfish reasons," he submitted.
