Veteran filmmaker Frank Okpokoro Vaughan is dead.
It was gathered Vaughan had been battling an undisclosed illness for some time before he died on Tuesday.
His younger brother, Philip Okpokoro, a cinematographer who is the series director of Nigerian Idols, confirmed the demise.
Vaughan, a seasoned movie director, was a former Vice President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN).
